Charlie Sheen/Brooke Mueller Los Feliz Home For Sale – Listed for Over 200 Days

Actor Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller have been trying to sell their Los Feliz home since June 6, 2009.  According to several news reports, Sheen and his wife are not doing very well and Sheen spent most of his time on Christmas Day in jail in Colorado for domestic violence.  They have commented on trying to salvage the marriage.

They bought their Los Feliz 4,179 sq ft., 4 bedroom/4.5 bath Mediterranean Villa on November 9, 2007 for $2,575,000.  The magnificent home holds a grand entry, precious stone floors, a wine cellar, library, and wood-beamed ceilings throughout the house.  The exterior shows off a beautiful pool and canyon views and sits close to the Griffith Observatory.  Their house was listed for $3,697,000 when it first came on the market in June ’09 and now has dropped its price to $3,197,000.    A similar comparable sold on December 18, 2009 for 2,942,500, on Glendower Ave.,  with a lot about 3,000 sq ft. larger  than Sheen’s but definately not as posh and luxurious.
