What Do Mother-in-Law’s Tongue, Anti-Oxidant Coffee, Charmed Scones, Vegan Entrees, The Gastrobus, Chemical Free Bread, and Exotic California Grown Flowers All Have in Common?
Yes. You read correctly! All of the above mentioned and so much more were all in one lot at the Los Feliz Farmer’s Market. Located in the Vermont Post Office parking lot on Sundays, 9am to 2pm, this local market holds a variety of treasures for all sorts of taste-buds. We were expecting to see a crowd of masses but to our surprise we were part of a handful that took advantage of this valuable find.

Los Feliz Sold Listings Follow a Pattern of Their Own!
Numbers of sales of homes sold in Los Feliz follow a pattern of their own. Los Feliz homes sold peaked in Dec. 08 at 17 but came to a halting 7 in Jan 09. Numbers peaked again in the summer months of June and July 2009 with 16-17 per sales per month. Los Feliz Real Estate follows is a market like no other and follows a pattern of its own.
